Playgeko

One platform. Every branch. Every sport.

Run several locations and sports from one account, with each branch keeping its own courts, hours, prices, and team.

The problem

A second location should not mean a second system.

Adding a branch, or adding a sport, usually means another spreadsheet, another calendar, or another piece of software. Soon nobody can see the whole business, and every location runs slightly differently.

Playgeko treats a branch as a part of one club. You set each branch up its own way and still work from a single account.

Without Playgeko
With Playgeko
A separate calendar or tool for each location
One dashboard with a branch selector
One pricing sheet stretched across different sites
Hours, peak periods, and prices set per court
Staff who can see or change everything
Roles assigned per branch
A new sport means starting again
Add a court, choose its sport, and it works the same way
What you get

Grow without starting over

1

Twelve sports, one way of working

Padel, tennis, squash, badminton, pickleball, table tennis, basketball, football, futsal, volleyball, swimming, and cricket are all supported. A court, a field, or a pool is set up and booked the same way.

2

Branches inside one club

Every branch has its own address, timezone, and currency. Switch between branches from the dashboard without logging out.

3

Courts that fit the sport

Each court has a sport, a type, and a player limit, from one-on-one games to full football pitches. Set operating hours per weekday, peak periods, and a price for each session length.

4

Prices and overrides per court

Price each court on its own, then add date-based overrides for holidays or events. A padel court and a football pitch never share a price list by accident.

5

Roles per branch

Staff and admins are assigned to the branches they work at, while owners can see across the club. Staff see only the branches they are assigned to.

6

Per-branch finance and utilization

Finance reports and utilization views are branch-scoped, so you see how each location performs on its own. Dates follow each branch’s timezone, and money is shown in its currency.

7

Your sports, one customer list

A customer who plays padel in one branch and takes a coaching session in another still has one member record, with their spend and history in one place.

8

Players find the right branch

The player app can search for nearby branches, so players find the location closest to them.

In practice

Opening a second location

What it takes to add a branch and a new sport to an existing club.

  1. Day 1

You add the new branch with its address, timezone, and currency. Your account and customer list carry over.

  2. Day 1

You add two football courts and a squash court, each with its own hours and peak periods.

  3. Day 2

You invite the new manager with the admin role for that branch only.

  4. Day 3

Bookings start. You compare the new branch’s utilization with your first one.

Works with the rest of Playgeko

Every feature works at the branch level. Bookings, staff roles, and finance reports are scoped to the branch, and your customers and CRM are shared across the club.
