Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Playgeko ("Service") is operated by Playgeko, Inc. (United States) and its affiliate Smart Stadium for Sports Reservations, LLC (Jordan), together "Playgeko", "we", "our", or "us". By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including club owners, staff, and players.

2. Description of Service

Playgeko is a sports club management platform that provides tools for managing bookings, memberships, payments, coaching, leagues, and tournaments. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Accounts may not be transferred to third parties without our written consent.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Free Trial

New clubs may receive a free trial period. At the end of the trial, a subscription is required to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Scrape or extract data from the Service without permission
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written consent

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Club owners act as data controllers for their members' data; Playgeko acts as a data processor. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request at hello@playgeko.com.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Service are owned by Playgeko. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription period.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Playgeko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms with notice, or immediately for illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amman, Jordan.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
