Playgeko ("we", "our", "us") is a sports club management platform operated by Playgeko, Inc. (United States) and its affiliate Smart Stadium for Sports Reservations, LLC (Jordan). We provide software for sports clubs to manage bookings, memberships, coaching, and related operations.

2. Data We Collect

Account data: name, email address, phone number, and profile information you provide when signing up.

Usage data: how you interact with our platform (pages visited, features used) to improve our service.

Payment data: billing country and subscription status. Payment card details are processed by HyperPay and are never stored on our servers.

Communications: emails you send us and transactional emails we send you (receipts, subscription notices, trial reminders).

3. How We Use Your Data

• To create and manage your account
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send transactional emails (receipts, trial expiry, billing alerts)
• To provide customer support
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process your data on the following legal bases:

• Contract performance — to deliver the service you subscribed to
• Legitimate interests — to improve our platform and prevent fraud

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider
• HyperPay — our payment processor
• Resend — our email delivery provider
• Cloudflare — our infrastructure and hosting provider

All processors are contractually bound to protect your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your account and data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests

9. Security & SLA

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
